The intention is to offer valuable and nutritious prime fish in their natural state or refined with the best organic ingredients. Therefore we decided to use exclusive wild fish from the clear waters around Iceland which is sustainably fished according to the strict Icelandic standards. Moreover thereby it is important to us to support sustainable and ecosystem-based fishery.
