Preparation: Pan: pre-heat oil in frying pan at middle temperature, place frozen fish-fingers into pan and fry for about 3-4 minutes turning regularly until golden brown. In the deep fryer: pre-heat fat to 170 °C. Place frozen fish-fingers into frying basket and fry until crisp.
