Storage: Store at -18°C. Once defrosted do not refreeze.

Preparation: In the oven: preheat the oven to 180°C. Spread the deep-frozen fishcakes over the hot backing tray (using baking paper). Bake in the middle of the oven for about 10-15 min. Turn them over once while baking. In the frying-pan: heat oil in the pan. Place the deep-frozen fishcakes in the pan and let them fry at medium heat for about 10-15 minutes while turning them regularly.
